Hypocrisy

Jesus is perfect.... His Church, not so much. Many of us have heard someone say that the church is full of hypocrites. Why is that? Probably because their opinion is informed by personal experiences with someone who calls themselves a follower of Jesus, and yet their life doesn't seem to reflect him in any way, aside from a Sunday morning ritual. How do we move from the ideal of being a Christian to the real deal?
